What we collect
When you book a call or contact us through the site, we collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to share about your business. We do not collect payment information directly — billing is handled entirely by trusted third-party processors.
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and which calls-to-action are being clicked. We do not use ad networks, retargeting pixels, or sell your data to anyone, ever.
How we use it
We use the information you share only to respond to your enquiry, deliver the services you have agreed to, and keep you informed about updates that are directly relevant to your engagement with us. Nothing else.
Third-party tools
We use a small number of trusted tools to run the business, including Cal.com for scheduling and Anthropic's API for AI services. Each of these operates under its own privacy policy. We choose tools that take data handling seriously.
Data retention
We keep your information only for as long as it is needed to provide the services you have requested, or as required by law. When an engagement ends, we do not hold onto your data indefinitely.
Your rights
