Terms of Service

Anchor AI is operated by Tolga Lale LLC, a New Mexico registered company.

These terms apply to all services provided by Anchor AI. By engaging with us, whether for a one-time setup or an ongoing support plan, you agree to the following. We have written this in plain English because we think that is how it should be.

Services

Anchor AI provides AI agent setup, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing support services for businesses. The specific scope of each engagement is agreed upon in writing before any work begins. If something is not in scope, we will tell you clearly before doing it.

Payment

Payment terms are outlined in each project agreement. Setup fees are typically due before work begins. Monthly support plans are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing before the engagement starts.

If you have a question about an invoice or a billing concern, please contact us as soon as possible. We prefer to resolve these things quickly and without friction.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your business and technical infrastructure, maintain the third-party accounts and API credentials required for your AI setup, and notify us promptly if something appears to be wrong or behaving unexpectedly.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any AI tools we deploy complies with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platforms involved.

Our responsibilities

We commit to delivering work as described in your project agreement, communicating clearly and promptly, and treating your business information with confidentiality. We will never share your data or business details with third parties without your explicit consent.

If something goes wrong on our end, we will tell you honestly and work to fix it as quickly as possible. That is the kind of relationship we want to have with every client.

Intellectual property

Any custom configurations, workflows, or documentation we create specifically for your business belong to you once payment is complete. We retain the right to use general knowledge and non-client-specific techniques in future work.

Limitation of liability

Anchor AI is not liable for losses arising from third-party service outages, API provider changes, or events outside our reasonable control. We will always do our best to resolve issues quickly and communicate transparently when something is outside our hands.

Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice. We will ensure a clean handover of any assets, credentials, and documentation relevant to your setup. We do not hold your systems or data hostage.

Changes to these terms

If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we will update this page and revise the effective date. We will notify active clients of any material changes before they take effect.
